"Yes, the job was well done and on time. We had a problem with the tile and grout in our walk-in shower. He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. We highly recommend this gentleman."

"Communication could have been a little better, but in his defense my project was smack dab in the heat of the Holiday season. Very happy with final product and have rehired for bathroom tile project."

"He did a great job in installing the sub floor in one of our two bathrooms and also designing the showers and flooring and toilet in another bathroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their home redone and will definitely be using him again!"

"VNV (Jonathan) was easy to work with and able to accommodate a tight time frame on my end, which was great. Vasiliy installed the new tile floor for me as well as performing some tile/grout repair in a 2nd bath and did a great job. He was dependable/prompt, courteous and flexible. I'm happy to recommend VNV/Vasiliy to others for their tiling jobs."

"A plus plus rating for bathroom tile remodel. They went above and beyond in quality service and timing. I've never provided a service rating before but these guys went above and beyond."

"What an awesome experience this was! We had a very tight timeline (1 week) and they were able to get it done. From the initial call to job completion it was maybe 5 days. Martin was quick to response and very helpful with all of our questions. Alex was the employee who was laying the tile. He was quick, professional and clean. Alex is a true craftsman! The tile work was 10x better than we were expecting. Even with our dog bugging him every now and then, he would give him a quick pet and continue to work. I would highly recommend VM Designs LLC to do your tile work."

"Outstanding with a result far more than expected. David cleaned, re-grouted, and sealed the tile in a shower that had been neglected for years. He also cleaned and resealed the shower pan as well as thoroughly cleaning the shower door. The result was a like-new shower. David is professional, dedicated, and very detail oriented. He's also an excellent communicator. I was thrilled with the results. I intend to hire him to restore the rest of the tile and stone in my house. Highly recommended."

"work was flawless, 4.5 hours, but the buyer will not recognize the repairs, I was very impressed, very detailed about the work. Another gentleman was sent to re-insulated and belly bonded and worked on the crawlspace, next day came back to take pictures and bought materials for the left side of the house, rebuild it with wood beams and concrete post. 3rd day, bought new screen cover for the air vents around the house, about 8 to 10 of them. I was very pleased with their work."

"Really happy with the work! Isaac and his team did a great job installing the new vinyl flooring in my place. They were friendly, professional, and paid attention to the details. The floors look great and everything was left clean when they finished. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Isaac!"

"Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."
