A lady, I believe her name was Melissa, scheduled an appt, arrived promptly for an estimate, explained the work, gave us an estimate and scheduled the work per our approval. On the scheduled day two ladies, Michelle and Alex arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. It seemed they worked non-stop from about 9 AM to 5 PM. Both ladies were very personable and explained the work as they went along. The end result was tile/grout that looked new. Needless to say it is significant savings over installing new tile. I would recommend these ladies and company to anyone. WOW!"
