"Mark and his partner set up a tile cutter on our patio. They removed our old bathtub and precisely cut the tiles for our beautiful walk-in shower. These were scalloped tiles and difficult to cut. The corners are perfectly matched up. Mark is pleasant to work with and always on time. Any delays or difficulties were explained well in advance. The price was good, too. I'm sorry we don't have another bathroom to remodel."

"Adam was fantastic to work with. I had a sliding glass door that was extremely sticky, and after two other companies were unable to fix it, Adam came out promptly and resolved the issue quickly. I was so impressed that I had him repair two additional sliding doors, a screen door, and a shower door hinge while he was there. His pricing was very fair, he was professional and courteous, and the quality of his work was excellent. "I do really enjoy the finished product. I went with wood-look ceramic tile and couldnt be happier with how it looks. The reason they don't get 5 stars though is that after the previous floor was removed and they were preparing the sub-floor, they called me and told me that the floor would need additional concrete leveling. I knew this would be needed, but I was told that the extensiveness of the leveling was included in the initial quote. They wound up charging me an additional $1400 for the leveling. That should have been included in the price they quoted me because it was obvious that it would be necessary in my older home. Expensive, and frustrating but the end result is very good."
