"Had a problem with my marble tile getting scratched up during install and Nelson came out the same day and did a great job fixing and cleaning up the tile. Reasonably priced, clean, and very friendly. Highly recommend."

"Great. He did a fabulous job of removing all old grout and caulking in my shower and replacing it with new. Very clean, methodical, professional work. I would hire again."

"I am so pleased that I contacted The Builders & Cleaners to complete our bathroom remodel! Everyone from start to finish was professional, kind and transparent. The customer service at this company is the best I?ve seen in a long time and our gorgeous bathroom remodel speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend tthem for any of your projects."

"Nick did a nice job sweeping my chimney and explained me the problems associated with the chimney. I will highly recommend him for similar works."

"Very well. George and two employees worked every day except sunday for almost three weeks, really sticking with the job until it was done. All surfaces were left in great preparation for our painting, tiling, and final fixtures. They made no mess they didn't clean up themselves. Did all the electrical and plumbing themselves, which kept things moving. Generally very professional. Steelers fan so monday attitude varied. Knows his stuff, and the price was very fair.

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"My review is mixed. I had brick floors refinished. Although the team was very responsive to the issues that arose, and there were many, the floor looks worse than the original. The biggest problem was the information provided upfront. I was told they would strip everything and apply new and the floor would look great. The finish is nothing like originally described and there are many bricks that are discolored. There are many areas where the old finish was not stripped and it is smoother and shinier than other areas. There are areas that have circular patterns where the machine could not remove old finish. Like I said mixed review because they did do everything they knew how to fix the floor but it was beyond them."

"Roger and team also painted to match other wall. They helped us with many home projects beyond painting like electrical work, flooring, install vanities and tiles and handy man assembly, power washing house and walkways & more. I highly recommend!"

"Took to long! Worked one day and didn't show for days! Gave me a price for another small tile job and never showed or returned messages! Very nice but unorganized and undependabld!"
