"Monte did a great job. Our issue was our stool leaking. The existing tile floor had some loose tile and some of the tile had raised up. He discovered the sub floor was wet and had to be replaced. Monte was very professional, was patient with us, honest, worked efficiently and approached the job with a great attitude since we didn’t know the extent of the damage until he removed the old tile.
