"Roberto did an amazing job on our tile in two bathrooms. They look beautiful...like they were brand new. Roberto is an extremely hard worker. He worked for eight hours without a break. He was professional and willing to explain different options. Roberto texted when he was on his way, covered any floors he walked on, and cleaned up everything from the job. I highly recommend Roberto and will definitely use him again."

"Everything from setting up appointment to getting the work done was a seamless process. The rep came in and finished the work the same day, had covered the area to protect from dust, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. Results look fantastic, we had a cracked kitchen countertop and work they did is amazing, you can't tell there was any type of damage to it. Flawless work, good price and fast service. Thank you! Highly recommend!"

"Great. Wall to wall carpet in basement had many deep soiled spots. Technician worked hard to successfully remove them, but probably did not do enough to suck up the water used because it took 3 days for the carpet to dry."

"I really had a wonderful experience with Empire Carpet, but I really wish I could've viewed some tile."
