He actually came on time and took a look at the job. He was very courteous and friendly and gave us a reasonable quote on the job. We decided to hire him for the tile replacement in the lanai and granite counter tops cleaning. He actually came to our condo and completed the job superbly!! He is very committed and worked all day long until just about 5:00 pm from 1:00 pm!! Our lanai now looks like new and clean!! The granite counters throughout our Conde looks shinny and beautiful!! I'd hire him for any other needs in the future!!"
