Installers tracked grout into newly installed wood floors, used my personal broom and bucket, still have not completed to last bit of installation after two weeks, baseboard has several areas installed incorrectly - huge gaps. Called empire about situation. They advised a install supervisor would call. After a week, still no call. Hardwood floor installers were great...no issues."

The only issue we had was a delay in getting the sealer in which delayed the job for a week. But I am glad know I waited on them."
