"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price!
