"Matt is a true professional that does quality work. We had carpeting that hadn't been cleaned for 15+years. We doubted that it would ever come clean but we called Matt to look at the job. Matt was very easy to work with and did a great job cleaning the carpets. It looks almost brand new and we are very happy with the results. Matt even came back to help remove blocking under the furniture. We would highly recommend Teddy Bear Carpet Care for all carpet cleaning needs."

"Great. He did a fabulous job of removing all old grout and caulking in my shower and replacing it with new. Very clean, methodical, professional work. I would hire again."

"We have used Arnold Improvements for three projects--installing bathroom and kitchen counters to include plumbing hookup, installation of French doors, and a bathroom makeover to include tile flooring and a tiled bathroom. He provided very competitive estimates, finished the jobs within the quotes and on time. He delivered on everything he promised. The quality of work was excellent and he took the time to do the job right. We would have no problem in having Dan return for a 4th project."

"They did a great job. Very personable and kept my home clean as they worked. I would definitely recommend them."

"Quick service. Steve was a good guy he explained well what he was doing and he used his drone to show the finish work including pictures. He was in control to keep the place clean. Good job will use again"

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"I needed to have the old flooring removed and the new flooring put down. They team was very professional. They realized the subflooring was messed up in a section and made sure to stop and communicate so the job can be doone correctly. I appreciated that factor and was able to approve a replacement of the messed up board the great thing was they were still able to finish the job in the time frame they originally stated!
