We were planning on having to use multiple contractors to do the jobs that we needed and were surprised and pleased to find that Tomahawk could do it all. *remove old rugs and prepare 2 sets of steps for new flooring. - install wood stairs with landings ~install click floors in 3 rooms and hallway. "repair several pieces of granite floor tiles. ~remove and replace grout from an oversized living space, kitchen, bathrooms, mud room and hallways including counter tops and breakfast bar. ~clean granite tiles that had layers of grime from previous owner. "sand and refinish wood floor and railings in loft. During the early stages of the work, we decided to make some big modifications in what we wanted to have done and Tomahawk just went with the flow. They were able to easily make the changes and come up with alternative ideas. Communication and reliability are crucial when working with contractors and we have to say that Ritchie answered each one of our questions, concerns, and requests no matter what time of day it was. We never felt neglected or worried about lack of communication. The work is being done beautifully with concern for details and it's obvious that Tomahawk takes pride in their finished labors. "Kevin was the key component that made my first and forever home into the dream home I hoped for. He worked very hard, was creative and knowledgeable. He was able to find solutions to problems that crept up (I feel like there were more than average at my house). He tore out my old flooring, shower, bathroom closet, countertops and the front porch. He replaced the outlets and switches, all the lights(inside and out), built a deck (10’x15’)with a 23’ ramp, built the new shower which meant all new walls, shower floor/pan, drain pipes, shower doors and shower faucet. He installed all new flooring, countertops(which included the new sinks and faucets)painted everywhere(including the shutters outside), replaced doorknobs, built a doghouse for the oil tank, fixed the flooring in my shed, built a pad for my grill out of leftover decking, put stairs on at the back door, picked up supplies and flooring(for inside and deck) fixed the storm doors, basically rebuilt the wall in my laundry room after it was hacked up by some other workers who didn’t have as much care. He also hung up security cameras and solar panels for them and power washed a little of my house. Kevin was trustworthy from the very beginning and I had complete faith in leaving my house renovation in his care. He was willing to come let in and be around for other contractors when I had to be at work. He was even willing to throw in a helping hand if needed! I highly recommend Kevin and will be keeping him in my speed dial for future house reno needs!"

Two of the three understood English and was able to correspond with us. They did a beautiful job and did these floors in a day. They had us inspect their work before they left.
