"I am very pleased with the work that was done. We had tried 2 other tree services, they gave an estimate but could never get our work done. Our limbs were removed within 2 days of an estimate, although he originally said it may take a week. I definitely would hire again."

"Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. (I suppose, to be fair, communication was pretty poor with almost all the people we contacted about quotes for this job.) They didn't even notify us when they were done, just mailed an invoice. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."

"Anthony's cleaned up a couple of maple trees from storm damage, took down two pine trees and trimmed a couple of other trees as well. They did an excellent job of cleaning up . The guys he sent out were a friendly and courteous crew. I almost gave him a 4.5 in customer service because initially it was not clear when they would actually be able to do the work. "What a refreshing change to find a company that does what it says! We phoned Justin for an estimate. He not only came out right away to give us the estimate but he then followed up. Within 24 hrs our .75 acre lawn was mowed & trimmed; also sidewalks, street, driveway & porch were cleaned too. In addition he offered to weed our flower beds (additional fee) regularly which has never been offered or done by any lawn service we've had over the past 20 yrs.
