"Excellent service. The pruning of the 2nd oak tree and the Hawthorne tree was done one day, and all other work done the next day. The 4-person crew was very professional, kind, and respectful of the property. The large oak I had removed was right up against a new fence, and not far from the side of my house. And, it was not in an area to get a bucket truck nearby. They arrived right on time at the start of the day and worked hard with minimal breaks - very impressive. They ground the stump from the large oak as well as grinding a couple of leftover stumps from previously removed holly trees. Their cleanup was superb! They even blew stuff off the top of my roof! And the wood cut down was nicely rolled together - not just dumped into a large messy clump! And, they were cheaper than another bid I got from a company here on Angie. I cannot recommend them high enough."

While his service was good, the treatment that I received as a loyal customer was less than respectful. Last Saturday (03/18/17), I sent Juan a message asking him to begin his lawn service again in 2017. Today (03/20/17), I was informed by Juan that he no longer would service me as customer. In addition, he would notrecommend anyone else to mow my lawn. I do not think that this very professional and is no way to treat a good customer. This really leaves me in a lurch because I currently do not have anyone to mow my lawn. To say I am disappointed by Juan's lack of notice to a loyal customer for the past three years is an understatement. That is what I get for being a loyal customer who always paid on time and treated he and his crew with the utmost of courtesy and respect. In addition, Juan's bookkeeping was lax, requiring me to prove that I made payment on a regular basis. Correcting Juan's bookkeeping errors was time-consuming and unnecessary. As a result of Juan's actions, I hesitate to recommend Juan and the Grass Doctor Landscape to anyone!"
