"They were quick to respond and they came out immediately to mitigate a dangerous vertically split tree trunk situation even though it was raining at the time. They were efficient and professional. They also did not just hack the tree down. They were concerned with making sure that they removed enough of the canopy to make the rest of the tree stable so that is would not collapse during the storm as well as making sure that the part of the tree that was still standing was aesthetically pleasing.
