He came on time, removed the tree, cleaned up the mess, and did a great job. He always gives practical advice and options that make sense. In this case the tree never should have been planted so close to the house (thanks, prior owner!) and he was willing to work with us to save it, for about the same cost as removal, but agreed that much as we love our trees, removal was best for everyone."
