"Josh was extremely responsive when we called. He was at our house within a day for a quote and then within 3 days to remove the large downed tree. He did not damage our lawn at all, and he had to go 150 feet or more to the tree in the backyard. He removed all parts of the tree the same day. We had been told by other tree-removal services that they could not do the job in one day. He and his colleague were very professional and treated our property as if it were their own. We would highly recommend Rivers Tree Service and would hire them again."

"Avalanche managed to get a big truck into our back yard and take down a large branch (and some smaller ones) hanging over our property from our neighbor's yard. It was a tight squeeze for the truck, and the branch was in a very difficult location. They managed to do all of that without scratching a thing and left everything very clean. They also removed a stump from the back of our garage, again with a minimum of fuss and left it all very clean. I plan to use them in the future for the next tree that needs to be removed or cut back."
