"I seldom respond to these forums. However, Paradise Tree Service is one of those businesses that go way beyond quality, professionalism, responsiveness, and confidence, while being keeping customers needs and wants first. The service was exceptional. I had a palm tree removed, in Orcutt Ranch and it happened in almost a moments notice. I really appreciated the how clean they left the job site, clearing and cleaning away all the debris. Once the crews were done, I was happy to note the owner stopped by and examined the work. Gill is friendly, personable and reasonable. A great company call first. Thank you, Mark G."

"Jesus and his crew were professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job and the had the best price! I would recommend them to anyone who might need tree service."

"Instead of cutting TO 12', the trees were 12' from the top. They are still over 40' tall. I was clear in communication what I agreed to, and thought omitting the word "to" was a typo. We were negotiating again after one tree was "finished". And while they chipped branches and leaves and left them where I asked, they also took a whole truckload of wood that I wanted chipped as well. The rest of the work was excellent and they were very efficient. In hindsight I should have stuck with the person I originally had lined up."

"Had very bad experience with Paradise Tree Service. Would never recommend them!! They wasted an entire morning (having texted me early that they would be here between 8:30-9:30. Had to miss a class for this but that was ok. When they had not shown by 10:15 am I called. They didn’t know who I was- never heard of me!! Huh? What? I asked where the owner was and was told he was out of town. I’ll NEVER call them again!"

"it went great! The tree was removed quickly but more importantly safely I will for sure be using MD trees again!"

"The young man who contracted me came over to give me an estimate. He arrived a bit late on the day we planned , however he trimmed the backyard tree first so that he could make room to let me drive out to my appointment. He parked along the street side and finished by cutting down a tree. And he did it by himself? Very kind, very professional! I like him! I will hire him in the spring on trimming my fruit trees"

"Its the basic, just mowing the lawns and stuff. Then they did some tree trimming and that was $1500. It was good. They did a good job. The yard needed some extensive clean up and they did it. They did a good job taking care of that. Sometimes the communication was not the greatest but they always got the work done eventually."

"Excellent work. Very hard working. Easy to talk too. Highly recommend his services"

"Shofar was wonderful to work with; they repaired our patio slab. Removed /tore up damaged concrete, tore out the tree roots which had caused the problem. and then laid a new slab. They were so professional, timely, efficient, and communicative! I highly recommend this company!!!!"
