"Luis and his team were great! I had a large tree that was surrounded by my house, the neighbors house, and a garage. They had it down and the wood stacked neatly in about half a day. Later in the day, I called back to see where the anchors were for my sons playhouse, and Luis said he would check with the crew and call me back. Within 30 min I got a call back saying where they anchors were but not to worry as Luis had already came back and put the playhouse/anchors back in himself. What great customer service!! "We set the time for them to remove a tree and trim a hedge at 11am during the week. They didn't arrive till 4pm, I was told they were at another client and the client added more to their service so my 11 turned into 4pm. They did a good job removing the tree, and cleaning up my neighbors yards. My patio was left a mess, with plants knocked over, branches, sawdust. The hedge was cut but needed some TLC. So I called and left messages to please come back and complete the hedge. I neither got a call nor did they come back. As soon as they got the check, I guess my concerns as a client no longer mattered."
