He quickly assessed the problem was with the main water supply to the house, not the sprinkler line, and recommended corrective actions. Beyond this assessment he also identified additional problems in my sprinkler system (broken sprinkler heads, leaking sprinkler line in the back yard). He then promptly fixed them and finished up his service call by adjusting the settings for the sprinklers in the front and back yards to ensure efficient watering.
