"First off, the guys showed up on time and ready to go but there ability to maneuver the large box truck left much to be desired and a lot of time was wasted just trying to back up, turn around, get in position, etc. The guys were very careful with our belongings and packed everything very well. It took a little longer than expected but appreciated the thought and care that went into packing the truck.

Now when we set everything up, we explained our location was in the foothills, on a narrow road with limited space. We also explained how to properly get a large vehicle with or without a low back end up the road as it's steep and difficult to turn in so large trucks have to travel down the main road to turn around for a different approach to our road. We know this works because of having a new septic tank installed two week before and many large vehicles including a semi, dump truck, and a larger box truck made it without issue. So I say all of that to say this, they did not follow directions and the inexperienced driver was nervous about the road, the incline, and about the rear end dragging a bit on the way up. So for several hours we waited for a solution. They considered bringing in a small pickup to haul our belongings up to the house but we were not to happy as we were paying by time and it had been a long day already.

Suffice to say a manager for the company drove out to take a look at the situation. Ultimately he drove the truck up the road as our original directions indicated. He had no issues other than a little road rubbing. The guys unloaded the truck in about thirty minutes. We had one item that was damaged. The bottom of our TV's base was broken. The company knocked off 60 bucks to compensate for this which was more than fair.

All in all, the company treated us very fairly and didn't charge us for the time they couldn't get up the road. The guys were always kind and courteous. The driver was very apologetic and explained his inexperience with driving in the area. Everything was made right which we greatly appreciated."
