"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. I did not expect that...worthy of me coming online to write a review."

"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.

"Providers met with us first in our home to discuss our needs, share ideas about paint colors, explain estimate, and arrange a schedule.  They were very helpful in coordinating the colors we selected. They knew from past experience which colors were best and were open and honest about our choices. Without their help, we would have been less satisfied with the base color and trim we originally selected. Their experts' eye was invaluable! Their crew arrived promptly on the first day, and followed their predicted schedule throughout the project. There were frequent consultations as the job moved forward, and we were kept well informed about the progress. A careful examination of the house followed the completion of the painting, and it was very important to them that we were completely pleased with their work, which we were. Final touch-ups were made willingly and to our complete satisfaction.  A thorough clean-up of our property occurred at the end of each day's work and when the painting was finished. Ladders and other equipment and materials were stored safely overnight.  In addition to being very competent, the painters were polite, respectful of their surroundings, and willing to answer our questions and receive our comments. "These guys are awesome!! They took amazing care of the furniture that I had moved, wrapping everything up with tons of furniture pads and wrap so that it was all transported safely. They also took expert care of the grandfather clock I needed moved, a precious family heirloom that I was admittedly quite nervous about moving. Raymond took the time to talk me through how he would wrap and move it so that I knew it was in good hands. Super nice guys all around. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!!!!"

"Justin did a wonderful job. My tractor had broken down and with all the rain my lawn was getting out of control. Justin came out the following day. It needed mowed and weed wacking done also. Not only did they do all of that, but he pulled my broken down tractor up to the house. The yard looked great. Really appreciate everything they did."
