"The moving crew was 1.5 hours later than the time given me by the person I set up the move with. I had to call the company to get a call from the crew leader telling me they were sorry they were late, but they were on their way. The crew was pleasant and efficient in their packing of my goods. They however packed several items, one they were told specifically did not go, that should have stayed at the house I was moving out of. I admit that I did not constantly watch the crew during packing, but was surprised they packed items from a room I told them was empty and they didn't need to worry about. In transit, due to poor loading of the truck, they damaged a box, which luckily contained paper and so the contents were not damaged beyond repair. They did not quickly move the high value items into the apartment in the unloading process, and when asked to move a TV into the apartment that was sitting in the open end of their truck the attitude expressed in agreeing to do so was arrogant and unprofessional. They damaged a small microwave cart in the unloading process, which is not repairable, so is total loss. Though I cannot prove it, I believe the damaging of the cart was avoidable and due to poor technique on the part of the crew member. It is not worth filing a claim with the company for the damage. I was much less satisfied with this move than my previous move in June with the company. At this time I do not plan to use the company on future moves. I was not impressed with the crews technique or skills, and the move was a bigger hassle than I had expected based on past experience with the company and other local moving companies."

"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. "The move went AMAZING!! Moving APT packed up our entire 4 bedroom house that had tons of stuff!! They moved it to a new house a mile away. They came prepared with all the moving materials. They wrapped the glass items and dishes very well. They worked very carefully packing and moving, making sure nothing got damaged. They handled the furniture as if it was their own. The owner Ben was on the job. He and his workers were extremely polite and pleasant to be around. The workers worked quickly and carefully NONSTOP until the entire move was completed. I was very happy with this company's PROFESSIONAL service. They took care of everything. I didn't have to do a thing.
