Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. "These guys are awesome!! They took amazing care of the furniture that I had moved, wrapping everything up with tons of furniture pads and wrap so that it was all transported safely. They also took expert care of the grandfather clock I needed moved, a precious family heirloom that I was admittedly quite nervous about moving. Raymond took the time to talk me through how he would wrap and move it so that I knew it was in good hands. Super nice guys all around. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!!!!"

"They were very easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. We took in other quotes from companies and everyone came in around the same price, but would not either clean up the whole yard of debris, or we had to pay a second party to come in and fill the foundation with sand. Learned Brothers Services, did it all. They torn down the house, removed all the debris, raked the glass and small bits out the yard, and filled in the foundation with sand. I need to mention also, that on my property there were rock walls near the house that needed to be saved. They were able to work around them, and all though some of the walls were brittle, they were able to save them. My house was 3 stories high with in attached barn. All was burned, but a lot was still there. They were able to do all that I listed above in 3 day. It was a joy to work for them, I would recommend them to anyone."
