"I contacted the provider about my half moon window that gets the intense west setting sun. Inside the house is the vaulted room that is very hot because of the sun in the later part of the day, also requiring you to wear sunglasses or risk falling in the house because of being blinded from the sun! They were very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. They came out to measure, and within a week I had my solar screen. Its amazing how much better that room is, cooler, and non-blinding. And the screen even comes with a lifetime warranty!

"Not so well. As a result of closing the door without allowing enough time the varnish to dry-off , the door got white paint stains from the door frame. I think they should wait at least one hour to re install the door or leave the plastic sealing off the entry after re-installing the door in order to be able to keep the door open until be dried off . I called Nick several times to get rid of these stains. He committed to come back and solve the issue but never showed up."

"Five stars for Floor Coverings & More!!! Jose with FC&M was highly responsive, professional & courteous in working with me throughout my project, from scheduling the estimate and installers to following up to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Marcella arrived right on time to review the project and to provide the estimate. The granite installers were punctual and did a quality job with the fit, finish & seaming. And Jose was fantastic! The original granite sample that Marcella and I picked out was no longer available, and Jose personally visited several granite fabricators to find a beautiful and comparably priced replacement. There was a conflict with one of the appointments, and Jose called me well in advance to reschedule. There was a small mishap when the installers were completing the work. The installers were immediately apologetic and said they had already notified Marcella. Normally, I quake when situations like this arise because contractors can sometimes try to disown responsibility. Not so with FC&M -- Jose immediately came out to the house to assess the problem and immediately arranged for the repairs to be done quickly and professionally. I was blown away by FC&M/Jose's integrity! Thank you for a great job -- I love the finished work in my bathroom and I am impressed by the workmanship quality of your tradesmen and by your company's professionalism.
