System hides very well in new homes & works well. Crews were courteous; company pleasant; just lacks dedication to historic aesthetics. We would have liked to have known this. The window time for my appointment was convenient, as IGD Plumbing was able to contact me when the Tech was 30 minutes away. IGD Plumbing sent me a text with the tech's picture so that I would know who I will be expecting early the day of the appointment. The Tech arrived on schedule, promptly went to the plumbing issue and was immediately able to make an assessment of the issue.
