"CHW responded to my online claim quickly and set up an appointment with a service company to come and repair my thermostat in two days time, which was great! They gave me the name and number of the service provider as well. When the day came, I called the company about halfway through the service window given just to check on timing, and they had no record of my appointment!! Luckily, they were able to fit me in and a repairman came out and fixed my thermostat, so all was well. However, if I hadn't called to confirm the timing, I would've been left sitting and fuming all day! I shouldn't have to confirm with the service company once CHW has confirmed the appointment with me."
