The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. "Had old awning type windows that wouldn't open. The "crank" mechanism wouldn't budge. Hoping tech could (1) lubricate or (2)replace with new. Tech was finally able to open in spite of serious mud wasp nests "gluing" the window shut. Did a good job attempting to knock them out. Unfortunately, he claimed the cranks were good, did not need replacing, but I an unable to close the window. May try Home Depot if I can replace with a handyman, or be forced to buy a new window....sigh"

This window is close to the front door and it has to be tempered glass and was not. Still waiting 2 1/2 weeks and not fixed. Cannot remove stickers from all windows till new window passes inspection."
