His charge was very fair, although he didn't need to be at our house very long at all. That is, we don't see it as paying him for the short time it took him at our house to fix the problem. Rather, we were glad to be paying him for fixing the problem, doing it rapidly, saving us the ?3-4x cost/time/scheduling of rehanging the window, his knowledge/ expertise/ experience with these sorts of things, his drive time, his promptness - all very worth it to us. The skill level of owner Jeff Chevillet and his assistant Eddie when caulking and painting with trim brushes and rollers was outstanding and the quality of latex paint used was the best. They worked quickly and efficiently with little or no mess, used razor blades to remove any paint on windows and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was complete. They showed up on time and did what they said that they would do. The exterior repairs using 1 x 6, 2 x 6 and hardipanel was quality work done quickly. I highly recommend this company for like work."

"1st Choice was great until I had a few broken windows come off the truck. After they returned with the new windows they had ordered the wrong window. This happened twice. So I had to take off work multiple times to be home for when they showed up just to tell me I would have to wait another 3 weeks for another window. Overall it took about 5 months for the project to finally be finished. I had a great experience with all of the workers. It was the management team that did not seem to want to give me their time. After all of the headaches they treated me to a gift card."
