"Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. My appt. was scheduled promptly and the owner himself came out to do the estimate. Instead of trying to get every little bit of business he could, he instead showed me how I could do a number of the jobs I had myself, saving hundreds of dollars. For the two jobs I couldn't do, he quoted a very reasonable price. when the glass for the window repairs arrived, the technician did a great job putting it in. He also replaced a screen in a patio door. After he left, we noticed the screen was not installed straight, so I emailed the company, and received a call back almost immediately to schedule a time for them to come out and re-do the screen. That took place within a couple of days and we are very satisfied with the result. This is a great company that will take on the smaller jobs relating to window and glass repair that most companies can't or won't do. We had been looking for over a year and had struck out until I saw the Glass Guru's ad in my Angie's List magazine."

"We bought our home knowing we had to have glass replaced in one french door and a window in the sun room with a broken seal. I called Bruno's for the french door glass, but was going to deal with the window at a later time. When Jose came out to give me an estimate on the glass, he offered a quote on the window as well. The glass required special work because of the beveled design in the glass (Vigro). It took a lot of back-and-forth to get times scheduled for the work to get done, but it was absolutely worth it. The glass looks great and matches the other door beautifully! The installation of the new window was very quick, and they disposed of the old window for us. Best of all, the price was very good. We expected to have to pay a lot more because of the specialty glass. I would recommend this vendor for the high quality and price as long as you aren't in a hurry."

"This was a fantastic experience. I called BP on a Wednesday to explain what I needed. They offered to come out that day between 3:00 and 4:00 to look at it. Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

My wife, toddler, parents, in-laws and I are obsessed with the new basement playroom and “grandparents suite” he created for us and we will continue to call him for routine handiwork or other construction work in the future.
