"The sales manager made a very good presentation with their windows, but did not seem to understand when I told him that it was a bid job. He operated more like a car dealer starting with a ridiculously high price, then a discounted price, then a "today`s price". When I insisted on a 30 day price he was not competitive. Pity."

"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. I will certainly call on him again when/if I have further computer problems and will recommend him to my friends. Some of the functions were not even working when he started and they are working now.

"Outstanding. Mr. Harris arrived promptly at the appointed time and was most professional. He had everything he needed to work with and proceeded to do an outstanding job with our windows. I was most pleased with the amount of time he took and the charge for his work. This is my second time to use Mr. Harris and I highly recommend him."

"Although we are very happy with the quality of the windows, unfortunately we cannot say that the project went smoothly. There was damage done to our like-new hardwood floor, which was not protected appropriately by the installer and his partner. Apparently someone, either the installer or his partner, dropped a heavy tool which caused three major indentations. Home owners beware."

"Had gate work. Excellent work and easy to communicate with"

"Technician came within the allotted window time. Told me what was wrong and fixed it. Went quickly and smoothly."
