Mario arrived in that timeframe, measured the window and put protective tape over the crack to protect from broken glass falling out. I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He also never shied away from any type of work, from drywalling, to framing, to demoing, to painting, to removing wallpaper, to finishing egress windows, to remodeling closets, to installing sinks/countertops/doors/vanities, to even mounting t.v.’s. My wife, toddler, parents, in-laws and I are obsessed with the new basement playroom and “grandparents suite” he created for us and we will continue to call him for routine handiwork or other construction work in the future.
