I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. The same evening, CHW sends a response that a technician will be arriving the very next day, within a 5 hour window, between 3pm and 8pm. He was very courteous, had all the proper PPE, in this day and age, and even took his shoes off out of courtesy to the homeowner. I showed him the issue with the fridge, and he immediately went to work. The job took about 25 minutes, with majority of that, simply melting the block, with a steamer. Not much chit chat, but never feeling awkward. Overall a very positive experience."
