"Steve Webb, the owner/operator, came out to give me an estimate for replacing windows in my home.  I informed him that I was just in the estimate stage and probably wouldn't have the work done until after the first of the year.  That wasn't a problem with Steve at all.  He inspected my windows and sat down and gave a demonstration of the efficiency of the windows they offered.  Took the time to explain all aspects of the job to be done.  I was very pleased with his professionalism and the time he took with me.  He gave me the best price of all the companies I got estimates from.  After the first of the year, I'll probably be going ahead with this company, as they gave me the best price.  I also like the fact that they are family owned and operated since 1961.  For this industry, that speaks well that they've been in business for such a long time.  They must be doing something right!
