"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"These windows exceeded our expectations! The quality is superior Dash everything the salesman said and more. The quality of the light in our home is different with the new windows, there is less glare but still beautiful bright light. It’s good to know that our home furnishings are protected with the new windows. It is actually quieter in our home now and we look forward to lower electric bills with a greater efficiency of these windows. We also appreciate the salesman‘s skill in making suggestions, particularly regarding picture windows which enhance our views and saved us money. Our installation crew was fantastic, real gentleman, polite, efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and cleaned up meticulously when they were finished. We feel we have made an excellent investment in our home!"

"Alex was the third repair person here for repair of my window project from 9-10-25. A fourth person is required to install a window screen that was installed incorrectly by the second person here. Alex was excellent, knowledgeable and had everything needed to repair broken or missing window pieces."

"The sales person gave a good demonstration on how the windows works and what they are supposed to do."

"Had to reschedule the first time as the weather caused a backup in service, the new appointment window was made and had a little delay again due in part to prior weather. Once the tech arrived everything went smoothly; they checked everything over and oiled and lubed as and where needed. Didn't try to upsell me on rollers which was a change from past services by other garage door companies. Will likely look at setting something up with this group to keep the garage running steady well into the future."
