"The team that came to install our windows was very professional, polite, and did a wonderful job installing our windows. It's been years since we've been able to open about 10 of our 13 windows because they either kept breaking when we were trying to open them, had a missing screen and screen frame, and we only had about 2 that still had tension so the windows we could open we had to prop open. Needless to say we are ecstatic for sping! Fadeley's team were respectful of our home and our landscaping. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day which was greatly appreciated. The only thing we've seen that we're not happy about is they nailed a board to our deck so their ladder wouldn't slide across the wet deck. I would have asked them to remove this board had I known prior to them leaving for the final time. Otherwise, they're work was very clean, neat and professional. I definitely recommend Fadely and the two contractors."

"They replaced rotted wood trim around some windows. It just made sense to do this instead of replacing the whole wall of windows for 15 grand. They were here at 8 am and done and cleaned up by 10"

"Hoosier windows helped us submit a warranty claim for a window they didn't even install. They made receiving and installing the window quick and painless."

"The windows were as we expected. We can now feel the effectiveness of the windows in terms of insulation from outside cold."

"Yes he came in looked at the problem and fixed the problem which was putting the windows back on track I had 5 other window people out wanting replace 6 year old windows cons every one out to make money he came out and repaired what I was asking for"

"Requested information from Angi re broken glass from a storm damaged window. Dependable Glass called me, texted me, and emailed to clarify exactly what I needed to have done. Tonya was exceptional in logistics and sent David to determine the exact quality of glass, to estimate costs and to complete the on-site installation. Truly a first-class business, professional, personable, who were happy to help and appreciated my business. I am so grateful to have found this gem of a company as I thought exceptional customer service was a thing of the past! I have renewed faith in my fellow human beings due to the genuine professionals at Dependable Glass! I will be using their services again for some custom work in an addition. Aptly named company, I most highly recommend Dependable Glass of Trafalgar Indiana. (My home is in Indianapolis and they work throughout the central Indiana area.)"

"They were excellent at troubleshooting and fixing a problem with my windows and not trying to sell me new windows. Very courteous staff."

"Excellent from sale to install. This team made our choice easy, it just felt right. No pressure sales, but they talked to us, not at us and explained things very clearly. We are so pleased with our windows. I know the install was probably more difficult because we own an older home, but they did a great job. They also suggested wrapping windows weâ d previously replaced so that things would look the same and weâ re so glad we did it, made our house look so good. Excited to go into winter with our new windows keeping the cold out!"

"We used Myers for new windows on one side of our house after a tornado. They were prompt and easy to work with. Pricing was fair and all work was done well. Would highly recommend for your next project!"
