"Hoosier windows helped us submit a warranty claim for a window they didn't even install. They made receiving and installing the window quick and painless."

"The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!"

"Eric gave me a honest quote and completed the replacement of our window in a professional manner."

"Excellent from sale to install. This team made our choice easy, it just felt right. No pressure sales, but they talked to us, not at us and explained things very clearly. We are so pleased with our windows. I know the install was probably more difficult because we own an older home, but they did a great job. They also suggested wrapping windows weâ d previously replaced so that things would look the same and weâ re so glad we did it, made our house look so good. Excited to go into winter with our new windows keeping the cold out!"

Ultra Dry Roofing, LLC is a family owned and operated roofing and window company serving greater Indianapolis since 2021. We're two owners with 20 years of combined home improvement experience.\n\nWe started this company because we got tired of watching contractors take advantage of homeowners. Our inspectors aren't commission-based, and our No Upsell Guarantee includes shingle, ventilation, and warranty upgrades, so the price we quote is the price you pay. We also handle storm damage insurance claims start to finish.\n\nWindows: We sell and install Pella and Alside windows, so you can get Pella windows through us without finding a separate company. Our window team has completed hundreds of window projects across central Indiana. We measure, show you the real options at each price point, and leave. No four-hour demo, no today-only pricing. If a repair beats a replacement, we'll tell you.

"The finished product was very good. And, overall, I am very pleased with the work. However, there were several instances when the work was not begun when their scheduler indicated it would begin. Initially, I was contacted by the scheduler on a Friday and was told that their crew would come to my home that afternoon in order to power wash the house. In order to facilitate this, I left work in order to make sure the area immediately surrounding the house was clear of patio furniture, etc. The crew never showed until Sunday. During the power washing of the house, one of the window screens on the second floor was damaged. I left a message for Mr. Hostetter to let him know about this. I never received a response. After the house was painted, the person who was responsible to perform a repair on some damaged wood and the painting on that part of the house came to the home. I advised him of the damaged screen during the final inspection. While it was apparent that he really did not want to repair the screen, he did take it with him and promised to return it in about a week. That was in August. I have followed up with the company by email twice since that time and have not had a response."

"The installers were fast and professional. Also, they went out of their way to keep my house clean. The windows are wonderful. I found some windows less expensive, but not as good quality wise. These windows are very sturdy and even the big 4x6 sliders, are easy to open."

"Installed the window in a days time. A few bumps during installed but they did the right thing and corrected it without issue. I’d hire them again!"
