"Scott arrived promptly at 10:AM as promised. Went right to work on the patio doors. He cleaned the tracks and replaced the wheels then proceeded to clean-up and finally lubricated the cleaned tracks. Scott is very personable and explained that I just need to keep the track clean and to use a little spray silicone after each cleaning. He also does wood doors, window replacement and rescreening. I would definitely hire him to do any of those jobs I may need in the future.

"The salesperson was informative, but not high pressure. Installation went smoothly. A team came to the house in the early morning. They took out the old windows/door and accordion shutters and replaced them with 11 windows and one large sliding door. They were fast and efficient and were done by late afternoon. Once the windows were ready to be installed, they called and gave me several dates to choose from. They explained to me in detail the process, they came at the time scheduled. The installers removed the old windows, recycled them, and installed the new windows in one day. I only had five window but they worked efficiently. The end product was better than I expected.
