"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My wife and I were extremely pleased with Alex and Kudo’s promptness, professionalism and expertise. We needed the installation of a new window AC unit, 2 switches, a ceiling fan and kitchen faucet. All were completed in a timely and efficient fashion. They also discovered functional failure in our kitchen sink valves, which could have led to an emergency water situation. They met with our management office to handle the necessary paperwork for a brief water shut-off and will be back this week to address this very important fix. We’re grateful and will have lots more work for this great company."

"Tech that arrived was lousy. Came out of truck complaining about a back ache, blamed my AC issues on old windows. Never looked in the attic. Ended up hiring a company out of pocket who did a thorough inspection and made sensible recommendations."

"Mike overcame several unexpected issues related to repairing windows and lanai sliding door and was able to resolve them. Thanks Mike!"
