"Juan who did the job knew exactly what he was doing. I called 3 companies who said it s not possible to change the glazing bead of my windows or the glass will break. He did it with so much proficiency. He knew exactly what he was doing. He will come to bring more materials as my windows are so old and he wasn t sure if what he had will work. It did. I can t wait for everything to be changed/installed. He also changed some of my window screen frames and screen, including all 3 sliding door screens. Well done! "Half was finished last year and the other remaining openings were completed this year, all during the Pandemic. Little delay on getting the ESW windows shipped to the US, but understandable during this time as everything was disrupted. Installation crew was on time and worked efficiently, even in the rain this year. Windows are a tremendous upgrade from builder grade non-impact 25 year old windows. They are well built, hold out noise and heat, and are solid. Front picture window was made up of 3 windows - had minor water leakage the first hard rain storm that was easily corrected with outside caulking. No issues passing county inspection. Everyone was polite and respectful, went about their business, and cleaned-up afterwards. I got ESW Windows with UV and Supernova accordions for the French doors. Nice to have a completed house."

"The entire Hurricane Window process from beginning to end deserves five stars. 1st scheduling the person to come and give us the quote was fast and easy. They were professional, answered all our questions, and we had many, showed us recommendations and different pricing options. They also offered many ways to pay and made it easy for us to choose our payment method. They took care of all the HOA approvals and submitting for permits with the county. Once the windows were ready to be installed, they called and gave me several dates to choose from. They explained to me in detail the process, they came at the time scheduled. The installers removed the old windows, recycled them, and installed the new windows in one day. I only had five window but they worked efficiently. The end product was better than I expected. They left everything clean and the caulking around the windows looks perfect. The permit inspection passed on the first visit. I will recommend FL Solar and Air."
