"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"We are so happy with our new energy efficient windows! We remolded our house and this part of the remodeling was pretty much the best thing we've included. Ezra from Landmark construction energy crew was awesome and very patient with us. I showed up late for our scheduled appointment but Ezra went back over everything he had already discussed with my husband and answered all my questions and concerns. Landmark construction energy crew's prices were very comparable with the other estimates we got, but they had "extras" in there package that weren't included in the others which actually made them a better value. The installation was a little rough, the crew was at our house all day for 2 weeks in a row, but in their defense we had a lot of windows to replace (20 in total). In the end there were a couple of little things that needed to be fixed. We had few issues with the windows after the work was completed and we called Ezra thinking that he will never call us back now that the work was completed and all the money was paid…. BUT He actually got right back to us and sent someone out the following day to address all the small things we wanted to be fixed. The windows are spectacular, Ezra is awesome, and all the people we dealt with at Landmark construction energy crew Vision Windows were amazing."

"I recently bought a condo. Upon using the washer/dryer I realized there was a problem with the washer filling up with water and when it did, it leaked. Called it in and a technician came out a few days later. A speedier response would've been nice but he did arrive promptly within the window of time that was available. Upon inspection, it was determined that the damage to the washer pre-dated my warranty and my claim was denied. I suppose that's fair but it would've been appreciated if I didn't have to wait a couple of days more for that determination AND I'm out of a $75 co-pay and still have a busted washer."
