"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I requested that they don't give a 2 hour presentation like most companies of that size do. That is about the only good thing i received from them. Their price was good. However, I wanted an outside system but i was open to having them do both systems. Who would turn down doing both systems? They kept insisting that the "inside" system is the best option. Salesman told me i would be wasting my money if i did the outside system. I've heard the opposite and was told i would be wasting my money on the inside system. Anyways, its my money and how i want to spend it is up to me. I also had a wall that needed to be stabilized. They insisted on the carbon fiber straps when i told them i had a structural engineer out to my home the week prior and was told i need i beams. After salesman left i emailed and requested several times to quote me for both systems. I still didn't want the carbon fiber straps for the wall but requested a price for them.
After i finally received the price for all the work i wanted done, I went with another company who didn't force me to just get the inside system. The other company also did what i wanted with the wall repair. I will be posting a review for them once the work is completed and i have no more leaks.
Also, too many disclosures on their warranty. Really look into their warranty. Alot of stuff they are not responsible for... be careful!!
