"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. I have had them since 1994 because I like the service and stuff provided to me. I have several properties in Alabama and they have done work there too. I have not had any problems out of American Home Shield. Their responsiveness is one of the main reasons why I continue to use them. The price is included in my premium.

"The old windows in our condo in Hawaii were rusted and broken and while we were there we contacted Mid-Pac about replacing them with vinyl windows. Once the windows were ordered we worked together on a time plan for installation as there are renters there for part of the year. They kept in great contact with us so the install could go smooth. We were also provided with photos of the project as we are on the mainland. Our maintenance person on the island also checked on the work and verified that it looked awesome! We are very happy with the results and will be there soon to see the new windows. We wish we would have known about Mid-Pac when we had the kitchen remodeled, we did that through Lowes and it was a disaster. When we need any construction done in the future we will definitely use the Mid-Pac services, you can count on that."
