From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"We got with Anthony at High Winds Shutters.  He was a very very nice gentleman and did a wonderful job for us.  He got out to our home the very same afternoon we discovered our shutters were stolen before the police arrived, even considering that this was his busiest time of year.  He brought out samples and we chose the shutters we liked best.  The new owners did not actually want them installed, but he put them on the entire house and did a final check to make sure everything was squared away with regard to the fit and having the correct fasteners for when the time came to need them.  **Note: we have 45 windows.  He took them down per the wishes of the new owners and stacked them neatly in garage.  His prices were very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell us.  We closed on the house on schedule and we greatly appreciated his help."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."
