I called Bruno's for the french door glass, but was going to deal with the window at a later time. When Jose came out to give me an estimate on the glass, he offered a quote on the window as well. The glass required special work because of the beveled design in the glass (Vigro). It took a lot of back-and-forth to get times scheduled for the work to get done, but it was absolutely worth it. The glass looks great and matches the other door beautifully! The installation of the new window was very quick, and they disposed of the old window for us. Best of all, the price was very good. We expected to have to pay a lot more because of the specialty glass. I would recommend this vendor for the high quality and price as long as you aren't in a hurry."

"The price could not be beaten... however... The salesman hand wrote the contract... It was not very legible. They gave notice when the siding was to be installed using a letter that was written for a Window installation and made no mention of siding. They also did not explain what to expect with a winter time install of siding... i.e. it will be dirty from the install, and will need to be washed lightly (when the weather warms up...) The yard could not be cleaned up until the snow melted... They made no effort to update me with regard to what to expect when completed, and there were no follow up communications other than a card in the mail thanking me for my business... Other than all of that, it went ok."
