AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Leigh was very helpful with all my questions. There was a communication problem/ barrier between Envision and the Mexican sub-contractor. Parts of my house got sided which were not in the contract. Envision did not charge me for the mistake by the Sub-contractor. The Sub-Contractor did do great work and I am pleased with the install."
