The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I love my new windows. I live in Cedar City at about 6000 ft in elevation. It can get gold here. Right after they were installed, we had a good storm with wind and rain. I never heard it. I used to hear the strong winds and feel the cold air and drafts with my old windows. Now I hear nothing, and I noticed immediately the day after they were installed, it felt warmer too. These are very well constructed windows and nice looking too. They are the same quality as Anderson windows. My contact, Ryan Baker, was great, and Spencer and his crew did a great job. "My experience was interesting. It wasn't bad, because they had a special like for $799 instead of $999. When the technician showed up he was replacing the panels but he wasn't replacing the rollers and everything like the special add said. But when he end up calling his boss, he honored it anyway. So, it was really no problem, he was really good anyway. I had to order an updated door with some windows. It was a little confusing, but they did what they were suppose too. I would absolutely use them again."
