I met with Window King first, and immediately liked their punctuality and professionalism. Nick, the owner, is very personable. Anyone would appreciate his no pressure sales approach. I know I did. Even after being in the business for so many years, he understands that most of us know nothing about windows and so he takes his time discussing our wants and needs, his products, and by the end of the appointment he provides a thoughtful recommendation and quote. I was not disappointed with the installation. In fact, I was very happy. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and they finished in 2 days which was amazing considering the scope of the project. Their attention to detail was second to none. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family."

"Boris and his helper (I think it was his son?) were prompt, polite, funny and very reasonably priced. He came out the first time for a free consultation and returned a few days later to caulk around a large Andersen window frame which had been leaking during heavy rains. It was on the second floor and we didn’t have access to the backyard for a ladder so they had to do it by hanging out the adjacent windows. Boris got it done and did it with a smile. Hopefully this repair will solve the issue although there’s no way of knowing for sure until the next rainstorm. (I should mention the windows ARE rather old. ) But it was certainly worth trying before deciding to replace the whole huge picture window. We highly recommend Golden Touch."

Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven.
