The walk around at the end was a nice touch to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. "My scheduled appointment with Cameron Goodrich from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. "1st Choice was great until I had a few broken windows come off the truck. After they returned with the new windows they had ordered the wrong window. This happened twice. So I had to take off work multiple times to be home for when they showed up just to tell me I would have to wait another 3 weeks for another window. Overall it took about 5 months for the project to finally be finished. I had a great experience with all of the workers. It was the management team that did not seem to want to give me their time. After all of the headaches they treated me to a gift card."
