"In 2020 Beissel performed a window replacement project for our 1968-built house in Maplewood. We were completely satisfied with the project planning, schedule adjustment for early COVID pandemic concerns, and professional installation phases! "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day.
