"I used Locktight windows to replace my windows with Hurricane Windows. They were professional, clean, on time and worked quickly. I was very happy with their installers, sales, people, and managers. I would highly recommend them."

"The installation crew was Five Star. Removing all windows downstairs/ Upstairs on a 3000 sq ft house was a big job. These fellows were prompt, meticulous, professional in every respect. I was in the trades for over 40 years; watching this team was like watching a ballet. Synchronized, efficient, every step counted. Thank you Access Windows for sending a terrific crew and a job well done."

"We purchased impact windows and doors to replace our old windows and 2 french doors, from Locktight and we couldn't be happier with the entire process and products. The windows and doors are everything we hoped they would be. Communication with Locktight has been topnotch throughout; and, the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows was quick, incredibly professional and impeccably neat. The windows themselves are beautiful, high quality and nearly soundproof. They have improved the appearance of the exterior of our house significantly. We highly recommend Locktight to anyone considering replacing/upgrading their windows and/or doors."

"Overall it went well. I feel it's very important for a prospective homeowner to understand how complex of a project this is from comparing companies / quotes and deciding who they are going to use, to the completion of the project. The project itself is major and messy and it warrants a company that is very committed to customer care and satisfaction. Overall, East Coast Windows and Doors did a very good job. It was clear that the staff from the owner, administration, sales, installation and other managerial support all demonstrated a strong commitment to the customer, professionalism and quality work. While I would and will recommend East Coast Windows and Doors without reservation, I would like to clarify the Angie's List rating system. While I graded every element with an A, if allowed I would have given A minus on two categories - Overall & Quality. If asked to explain this comment, I would say as a homeowner you have to be prepared to inspect all the work that is done once your items are installed. From every window/door functioning as you expected, interior and exterior window cleaning including frames and the quality of all the caulking - interior and exterior. In summary, if you are looking to purchased Impact windows and doors do not hesitate to call East Coast Windows and Doors - you will not be disappointed. Clearly this is an rated A rated company in every respect. To say I am a satisfied customer would be an understatement."

"I was blessed for finding this company! They came looked at the work I needed with my windows and gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable I asked on the spot when can you begin! I highly recommend them!!! Very happy with results!"

"Installed 5 windows, a bay window and a door. Very quick and efficient workers. They were on time on a very cold, sleety, day"

"Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to replace the front door and side-lite, the garage side door, and the garage 2-car door also add hurricane panel to a glass block window. These items did not meet hurricane standards for home owners insurance discount. Matt explained the scope of the work and that it would take 4-6weeks to complete, waiting for the products to come in would take the longest time. I received an emailed estimate with a full itemized breakdown of costs a couple days later and it was followed up by a phone call by Matt Sr. who went over the costs. Later in the week he called again to give me a quote on a less expensive door product (a steel door instead of a French door) that dropped the price down a few hundred dollars. I appreciated the other option but in the end, we went with another company that offered different products. I liked that Matt Sr., the owner of the company called me twice to follow up and to offer competitive prices. Although, we did not use this company, I still highly recommend them for their professionalism and attentive customer service."
